CRYSTAL HEALING WITH COLOUR THERAPY
What does this entail? This is the application of crystals along the central line of chakra vortices and anywhere else on the body to catalyse healing, balancing and restoration within the chakra. This is purely decided by the intuition of the practitioner and the client based on needs shared by said client.
Colour Therapy also known as chromotherapy, is a coloured light therapy based on the idea that colour and coloured lights can help treat physical or mental health. According to this idea, they cause subtle changes in our moods and biology. Colour therapy has a long history in the spiritual esoteric world of healing.
It’s imperative to note that both the above modalities catalyse the awakening of the divine feminine aspect within you, irrespective of whether you’re a man or woman. We are as a global community living through not only the awakening of the divine feminine restored into global societies but also the transitional clearing of all old illusions and matrixes/matrices of the past 4,5-5 billion years of imbalanced patriarchal power based constructs where the feminine portion was absent or ostracised. Now is the pivotal time frame or epoch in humanity’s history as our present selves, working to create a Utopian, balanced, harmonious and peaceful world of love & acceptance with these two aspects of our inner and outer worlds in unison.
For this combined therapeutic healing session of crystals and chromotherapy, I make use of a colour wheel and choose the appropriate crystals according to what your body and emotions are saying through your being as any form of imbalance, unbalance ,general out of sync sensations & dis-ease experienced. In my opinion this helps much more than the emotional and physical layer. For about -+ 2 decades I’ve been using this concept in my daily life with what I consume or wear daily with deviations now and then according to my intuition. This has been a lesser known or used modality but is growing and evolving. It bears similarities to the Aura - Soma therapy which incorporates crystals and plant medicine with colour as light. The uses are endless.
